Soft and moist steamed butter cake.

The texture is soft like the chinese steamed sponge but taste like butter cake,very nice indeed.....i like this cake

Marble effect on top didn't turn out well.......

Anna Phua's Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake

A very moist Chocolate Fudge Cake that taste very chocolatey and melt in your mouth

I wasn't confident enough to slice the moist chocolate sponge into three layers, because my cake knife is not long enough and furthermore this cake is huge(10 inch) !

The cake raised well and got a bit cracked on top. But when it has cooled down,it was a little bit wet in the middle ! Next time i shall try to bake this moist chocolate sponge on a swiss roll pan
